We're confident in the quality of our courses. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of enrollment and have completed less than 25% of the course, you're eligible for a full refund.
Eligibility for Full Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion:
- Medical withdrawal: 50% refund with valid medical documentation if more than 30 days but less than 50% completion
- Exceptional circumstances: Case-by-case consideration for documented emergencies (family emergency, relocation, etc.)
Partial refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at refunds@high-school.ca with subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]"
- Include your full name, email address used for enrollment, course name, and enrollment date
- Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Wait for confirmation - We'll review your request within 3-5 business days
Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Your course access will be revoked upon refund processing
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Course Transfers
As an alternative to a refund, you may transfer your enrollment to a different course within 60 days of enrollment, subject to the following:
- One transfer per enrollment is permitted
- If the new course costs more, you pay the difference
- If the new course costs less, no refund is provided for the difference
- Transfer must be requested before starting the new course
Scholarship and Financial Aid
For students who received scholarships or financial aid:
- Refunds will first be applied to any outstanding scholarship amounts
- The student receives only the portion they personally paid
- Scholarship providers may be notified of the withdrawal
